Dolijte 1 l vode i krompir izrezan na kockice, posolite, dodajte za\u010dine po \u017eelji ostavite da kuha 20 minuta. Kada je krompir skuhan u \u010dorbu dodajte knedlice i pustite da kuha jo\u0161 3-4 minute. Knedle pripremite na slijede\u0107i na\u010din: umutite jaje i ka\u0161iku vode, posolite i dodajte griza toliko da masa ostane te\u010dna, ali gu\u0161\u0107a od smjese za pala\u010dinke. Izlupati ih \u010deki\u0107em za meso i malo posoliti. Ostaviti ih da malo ostoje, pa ih uvaljati ih u bra\u0161no, zatim u umu\u0107ena jaja i na kraju u prezlu. U tavu staviti vi\u0161e ulja, zagrijati je jako i staviti kotlete na da se pr\u017ee.<br \/>\nIspr\u017eiti im prvo jednu, pa posle drugu stranu i izvaditi ih na oval.
