Dodamo im zatim 2 ka\u0161ike bra\u0161na pa sve prelijemo sa temeljcem i lagano kuhamo 15-20 minuta. Izrezite meso na sitnije kockice (zalogajcice) i prodinstajte sa lukom dodajuci ako je potrebno po fildzan tople vode. U posebnoj posudi zgnje\u010dite \u0161afran i dodajte ga luku. Kratko pirjajte, dodajte opranu ri\u017eu i vodu. Kuhajte jo\u0161 15-20 minuta u polupokrivenoj posudi na laganoj vatri. Bra\u0161no pomije\u0161ajte s pra\u0161kom za pecivo te postupno dodajte smjesi jaja i \u0161e\u0107er. Na kraju dodajte mljevene bademe.
