Posolite, pobiberite i pustite da se ohladi. Tako pripremljenim nadjevom punite paprike i slo\u017eite ih u vatrostalnu posudu. Paradajz ogulite, sitno nare\u017eite i poslo\u017eite preko slo\u017eenih paprika. Tijesto ostavite da odstoji 1 sat. Pravite poga\u010dice tako da na pobra\u0161njenoj dasci razvaljate tijesto debljine 1 cm, redate u nenama\u0161\u0107em pleh i svaku nama\u017eite bjelanjkom, pospite solju i kimom. Pe\u0107i u rerni oko 25 minuta. Umutiti 200g \u0161laga sa 2dl mlijeka i u to dodati kiselu pavlaku.Sve to sjediniti (kiselu pavlaku i \u0161lag) i podijeliti na 2 dijela, pa u jedan dio staviti 300g keksa. Keks u komadu umakati u mlijeko i redati na plato. Zatim poredati jednu polovinu mase, vi\u0161nje, drugu polovinu mase (s keksom) i odozgo nafilovati sa ostatkom umu\u0107enog \u0161laga.
