Na\u010din pripreme:Koko\u0161ije meso oprati, staviti u hladnu vodu, o\u010distiti povr\u0107e (mrkvu,per\u0161un i celer) i sve staviti da se kuha, uz dodatak potrebne koli\u010dine soli. Kada je meso kuhano, izvaditi ga iz posude, a supu procijediti. Povr\u0107e isje\u0107i na kockice. Koko\u0161ije meso o\u010distiti od kostiju i isje\u0107i na kockice. Zatim sve(meso, povr\u0107e i supu) sastaviti i u to dodati posebno kuhanu ri\u017eu i bamnju. Sve ponovo prokuhati i sa dodatkom limunovog soka i soli pobolj\u0161ati okus. Na\u010din pripreme: Meso se izre\u017ee na kockice. Isjecka se crveni i bijeli luk, te per\u0161un u celer, posoli, doda biber u zrnu. To sve skupa s mesom se stavi na masno\u0107u i dinsta sve dotle dok ne uvrije voda koju pusti meso i povr\u0107e pri dinstanju. Zatim se nastavlja kuhanje na tihoj vatri i dodaje se malo sir\u0107eta(ili ukuhanog paradajza) i mljevene paprike. Treba paziti da ne zagori. Kada je \u0107evap gotov, zalije se vodom i pusti da prokuha.
