{"id":8929,"date":"2019-05-10T15:05:53","date_gmt":"2019-05-10T15:05:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/senzor.ba\/?p=8929"},"modified":"2024-01-15T21:48:05","modified_gmt":"2024-01-15T20:48:05","slug":"ramazanska-sofra-iftar-dan-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tvsensor.com\/clanak\/ramazanska-sofra-iftar-dan-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Ramazanska sofra &#8211; Iftar dan 5"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Danas vam donosimo prijedlog za iftarski meni petog dana mubarek-mjeseca ramazana.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Predjelo: Krem juha od \u0161ampinjona (za 4 osobe)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong>\u00a0200 g \u0161ampinjona, 2 ve\u0107a krompira, 1 glavica crnog luka, 1 dl mlijeka, 1,5 l supe od povr\u0107a iz kocke, 25 g margarina, 1\/2 ka\u0161i\u010dice senfa, prstohvat maj\u010dine du\u0161ice, mje\u0161avina za\u010dina, biber<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"img-popup\" href=\"https:\/\/novi.ba\/storage\/2015\/06\/20\/5585d8cb-9450-4103-af76-02a125bbfe5f-cream-of-mushroom-soup-2244.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/novi.ba\/storage\/2015\/06\/20\/thumbs\/5585d8cb-9450-4103-af76-02a125bbfe5f-cream-of-mushroom-soup-2244-previewOrg.jpg\" alt=\"cream-of-mushroom-soup-2244\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Priprema<\/strong>: Krompir oguliti i isje\u0107i na krupnije kocke, crni luk na rebarca, a \u0161ampinjone presje\u0107i napola.<\/p>\n<p>U odgovaraju\u0107u \u0161erpu staviti krompir, crni luk i \u0161ampinjone, dodati margarin i naliti supom od povr\u0107a. Poklopiti i kuhati na umjerenoj temperaturi dok povr\u0107e ne omek\u0161a.<\/p>\n<p>Omek\u0161alo povr\u0107e zajedno sa supom u kojoj se kuhalo izmiksati \u0161tapnim mikserom. U dobijenu ka\u0161u doliti mlijeko, dodati senf, maj\u010dinu du\u0161icu i za\u010dine po \u017eelji, pa kratko prokuhati. Ukoliko je previ\u0161e gusto, doliti jo\u0161 malo supe od povr\u0107a.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Glavno jelo: Teletina s mladim krompirom<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong>\u00a01,5 kg tele\u0107ih prsa, 1,5 kg mladog krompira, ka\u0161i\u010dica soli, vegete, crvene mljevene paprike, malo bibera, 1 veliki crveni luk, 1 dl maslinovog ulja (aromatiziranog bijelim lukom), jo\u0161 ulja po potrebi.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"img-popup\" href=\"https:\/\/novi.ba\/storage\/2015\/06\/20\/5585da1f-5234-41b1-8786-105a25bbfe5f-c-c7cb13f598cb32bc3e5e9149ec9f16af.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/novi.ba\/storage\/2015\/06\/20\/thumbs\/5585da1f-5234-41b1-8786-105a25bbfe5f-c-c7cb13f598cb32bc3e5e9149ec9f16af-previewOrg.jpg\" alt=\"c-c7cb13f598cb32bc3e5e9149ec9f16af\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong>\u00a0Mlade krompire, koji imaju tek malo tanke ko\u017eice, dobro operemo i istrljamo krpom kako bismo ih posu\u0161ili (ne guliti ih). Ve\u0107e prere\u017eemo na \u010detvrtine ili polovine, a one male ostavimo cijele.<\/p>\n<p>Meso oprati pod hladnom vodom i posu\u0161iti.<\/p>\n<p>U jednoj zdjelici pomije\u0161amo sol, vegetu, papar i crvenu papriku, a onda time pospemo krompire i dobro ih promije\u0161amo da se za\u010dine sa svih strana te sa aromatiziranim maslinovim uljem ih prelijemo pa ih opet dobro izmije\u0161amo da svaki dobije malo mirisa bijelog luka.<\/p>\n<p>Meso za\u010dinimo po \u017eeli (sol, biber), a onda aromatiziranim maslinovim uljem ga prema\u017eemo sa svih strana.<\/p>\n<p>U malo dublju tepsiju stavimo ulja toliko da prekrije dno, posla\u017eemo krompire, posla\u017eemo luk prerezan na nekoliko komada, a onda preko stavimo meso, dobro prekrijemo folijom i pe\u010demo na 220\u00b0C, na oko sat vremena.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon sat vremena skinemo foliju i pe\u010demo jo\u0161 oko pola sata (mo\u017eemo malo i smanjiti temperaturu) dok sve ne porumeni, a krompiri dobiju finu hrskavu koricu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Desert: Banana rolada<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong>\u00a0Za biskvit &#8211; 6 jaja, 6 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era, 6 ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na, 2 reda otopljene \u010dokolade.<\/p>\n<p>Za kremu &#8211; 3 dl mlijeka, 3 ka\u0161ike gustina, 2 vanilin \u0161e\u0107era, 1 margarin, 15 dkg \u0161e\u0107era u prahu, ekstrakt vanilije, 2 banane.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"img-popup\" href=\"https:\/\/novi.ba\/storage\/2015\/06\/20\/5585d85d-d4c0-46c5-8c23-685c25bbfe5f-chocolate-banana-swiss-roll-2.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/novi.ba\/storage\/2015\/06\/20\/thumbs\/5585d85d-d4c0-46c5-8c23-685c25bbfe5f-chocolate-banana-swiss-roll-2-previewOrg.JPG\" alt=\"chocolate-banana-swiss-roll-2\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong>\u00a0Biskvit &#8211; umutite snijeg od bjelanaca, dodajte \u017eumanjke, \u0161e\u0107er, bra\u0161no i \u010dokoladu. Sve izmije\u0161ajte. Pecite u velikoj tepsiji 10-15 minuta na 180 \u00b0C. Ispe\u010den biskvit stavite na po\u0161e\u0107erenu salvetu i zarolajte.<\/p>\n<p>Krema: 2 dl mlijeka stavite da se kuha, pomije\u0161ajte ostatak mlijeka sa gustinom, vanilija \u0161e\u0107erom i ekstraktom i zakuhajte u kipu\u0107e mlijeko.<\/p>\n<p>Posebno umutite margarin sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu. Kada se krema ohladi, umije\u0161ajte margarin.<\/p>\n<p>Biskvit prema\u017eite kremom i po du\u017eini posla\u017eite dvije cijele (oguljene) banane. Zarolajte biskvit.
