Paradajz oguliti, odstraniti sjemenke i narezati na komadi\u0107e. U \u0161irokoj tavi na ugrijanom ulju svijetlo propr\u017eite luk, dodajte \u0161e\u0107er a zatim pripremljenu papriku. Paprikama dodajte ocije\u0111ene gljive iz konzerev i prodinstajte.<br \/>\nKad paprika omek\u0161a dodajti bra\u0161no i sve dobro promije\u0161ati.
