{"id":8713,"date":"2019-05-08T08:10:22","date_gmt":"2019-05-08T08:10:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/senzor.ba\/?p=8713"},"modified":"2024-01-15T21:48:12","modified_gmt":"2024-01-15T20:48:12","slug":"ramazanska-sofra-iftar-dan-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tvsensor.com\/clanak\/ramazanska-sofra-iftar-dan-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Ramazanska sofra \/ Iftar dan 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Danas vam donosimo prijedlog i recepte za iftar za tre\u0107i dan mubarek-mjeseca ramazana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Carska \u010dorba<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Potrebno:<br \/>\n-1 pakovanje zale\u0111ene carske mje\u0161avine povr\u0107a<br \/>\n-1 svje\u017ea mrkva<br \/>\n-1 manji struk prase<br \/>\n-100 g kukuruza \u0161e\u0107erca (ili manje, po \u017eelji)<br \/>\n-2 srednja krompira<br \/>\n-Manji pa\u0161trnjak<br \/>\n-2 ka\u0161ike kisele pavlake<br \/>\n-Mlijeko<br \/>\n-1 kocka pile\u0107e supe<br \/>\n-So i biber<br \/>\n-Lovorov list,per\u0161un<br \/>\n-Ulje<br \/>\nPriprema:<br \/>\n-Isjeckati sitno prasu i mrkvu i pustiti da se dinsta na umjerenoj temperaturi<br \/>\n-Dodati carsku mje\u0161avinu<br \/>\n-Kad prasa i mrkva omek\u0161aju, dodati i kukuruz, posoliti, pobiberiti, te dinstati 5 min.<br \/>\n-Dodati ostalo nasjeckano povr\u0107e i sve naliti vodom da ogrezne<br \/>\n(Ukoliko \u017eelite da vam karfiol i brokule ostanu u komadu, odnosno da se ne raspadnu, dodajte ih na pola kuhanja)<br \/>\n-Kad se povr\u0107e iskuha,izvaditi krompir i pa\u0161trnjak, isjeckati ih na kockice i vratiti u \u010dorbu<br \/>\n-Ubaciti kocku za supu u \u010dorbu<br \/>\n-Krompir ispasirati,malo posoliti,dodati dvije ka\u0161ike pavlake i mlijeka po potrebi da masa bude rje\u0111a nego za pire<br \/>\n-Smjesu lagano dodavati \u010dorbi uz mije\u0161anje dok se ne dobije \u017eeljena gustina<br \/>\n-Na kraju posuti sjeckanim per\u0161unom<br \/>\n-Poslu\u017eiti toplo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Punjene paprike iz rerne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Potrebno:<br \/>\n-1 kg paprika za punjenje (manjih)<br \/>\n-750 g mljevenog mesa<br \/>\n-1 crni luk<br \/>\n-1 mrkva<br \/>\n-50 g ri\u017ee<br \/>\n-50 ml ulja<br \/>\n-3 ka\u0161ike paradajz pirea<br \/>\n-3 ka\u0161ike putera<br \/>\n-\u010ca\u0161a vode<br \/>\n-so, biber<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<br \/>\n-Paprike oprati i o\u010distiti od sjemenki.<br \/>\n-Sitno isjeckati luk i mrkvu te dodati ri\u017eu i mljeveno meso<br \/>\n-Posoliti, pobiberiti i puniti paprike smjesom<br \/>\n-Poredati u tepsiju, pouljiti i staviti da se pe\u010de na 200C-30-ak min.<br \/>\n-Tepsiju pokriti aluminijskom folijom<br \/>\n-U tavi istopiti puter, dodati paradajz pire, malo propr\u017eiti pa naliti vode..posoliti, te dodati paprikama<br \/>\n-Pustiti da se peku jo\u0161 30-ak min bez folije,s tim da se temperatura smanji na 180C<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brzi kola\u010d s kokosom<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Potrebno:<br \/>\n-220 g bra\u0161na<br \/>\n-100 g kokosa<br \/>\n-200 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n-300 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n-1 kesica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n-1 kesica vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n-1 ka\u0161ika kakaa<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<br \/>\n-Pomije\u0161ati bra\u0161no, \u0161e\u0107er, vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, kokos i pra\u0161ak za pecivo, a zatim postepeno dodati mlijeko<br \/>\n-Napraviti homogenu smjesu, te je podijeliti na dva dijela<br \/>\n-U jedan dio dodati kakao<br \/>\n-U tepsiju s pek papirom dodavati naizmjeni\u010dno po malo od obje smjese<br \/>\n-Pe\u0107i u zagrijanoj rerni na 180C-20-ak min.
