Ova pojava podse\u0107a na ukupan nedostatak kulture komunikacije i profesionalizma me\u0111u odre\u0111enim zaposlenima.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svjedok jednog jako neprijatnog incidenta je i autor ovog teksta, koji je u\u0161ao u svoju lokalnu banku sa namjerom da podigne devizna sredstva. Po\u010dev\u0161i svoju posjetu, postavio je nekoliko pitanja zaposlenima na osnovu svojih legitimnih potreba. Prvo je pitao gospodina zadu\u017eenog za osiguranje da li je popravljen tiket ure\u0111aj, koja ve\u0107 du\u017ee od godinu dana nije u funkciji. Dobio je odgovor da tiket ure\u0111aj ne radi i da mora \u010dekati u redu, kao i svi ostali. Klijent je tako\u0111e je pitao da li je popravljen bankomat za uplatu sredstava, i dobio je odgovor da nije, iako taj servis gra\u0111anima u toj banci nije dostupan ve\u0107 du\u017ee od godinu dana. totalpoll-buttons-vote\">Glasaj<\/button><\/div>\n<\/form><\/div><\/div><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Njegovo iskustvo u banci se dodatno zakomplikovalo kad mu je slu\u017ebenica rekla da na njenoj kasi nema dovoljno deviznih stredstava da izdvoji tra\u017eeni iznos. Savjetovano mu je da ode kod njene koleginice na drugom \u0161alteru. Klijent je primetio da je koleginica na drugom \u0161alteru imala neprijatno iskustvo sa jenom damom koja je bila ispred njega i njoj o\u010digledno nije bila po volji. Ta dama se \u017ealila na pru\u017eenu uslugu i raspravljala se sa slu\u017ebenicom na \u0161alteru. Klijent je strpljivo \u010dekao da do\u0111e na red, poku\u0161avaju\u0107i da se ne umje\u0161a u razgovor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, situacija se zakomplikovala kad je odlu\u010dio pomo\u0107i dami koja je stajala ispred njega u redu. Dama je tra\u017eila neku potvrdu od banke, ali zbog odre\u0111enih okolnosti to nije moglo biti izdato. Poku\u0161avaju\u0107i da pru\u017ei pomo\u0107, spomenuti klijent je neo\u010dekivano do\u017eivio o\u0161tru reakciju od strane osoblja banke i obezbe\u0111enja. Radnik iz obezbje\u0111enja mu se \u010dak unosio u lice i govorio povi\u0161enim tonom. Prilikom izdavanja novca nije mu ponu\u0111ena koverta niti prilika da prebroji novac jer mu je slu\u017ebenica o\u0161trim tonom rekla da  \u0161to prije napusti banku. Ovakvo neprofesionalno pona\u0161anje nije samo neprijatno, ve\u0107 i neprihvatljivo u bilo kojem sektoru koji se bavi uslugama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pitanje koje se name\u0107e je da li banke i sli\u010dne institucije obu\u010davaju svoje zaposlene i da li ih edukuju o va\u017enosti kulture komunikacije i profesionalizma u njihovim interakcijama s klijentima. Kultura komunikacije i profesionalno pona\u0161anje trebaju biti temelj svakog sektora usluga, a zaposleni trebaju biti opremljeni vje\u0161tinama za upravljanje u sli\u010dnim situacijama.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Da bi se ovaj problem rije\u0161io i pobolj\u0161alo iskustvo klijenata, institucije bi trebale ulo\u017eiti puno vi\u0161e truda u edukaciju svojih zaposlenih i promovisati profesionalizam i pristojno pona\u0161anje. Isto tako, gra\u0111ani trebaju biti svjesni va\u017enosti komunikacije i kulture pona\u0161anja, i pridr\u017eavati se tih pravila u svojim interakcijama s bankama i drugim institucijama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samo uz zajedni\u010dki napor svih strana &#8211; institucija, zaposlenih i gra\u0111ana &#8211; mo\u017eemo stvoriti bolje okru\u017eenje i doprineti pobolj\u0161anju usluga u Bosni i Hercegovini.<br><br>Ispred nas se postavlja pitanje da li smo spremni za civilizirano pona\u0161anje i moderne standarde usluga? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako\u0111e je upitno kako mo\u017eemo o\u010dekivati integraciju u moderno evropsko bankarstvo kada i me\u0111usobno ne pru\u017eamo osnovno po\u0161tovanje i profesionalnost u svakodnevnoj komunikaciji?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e se \u010duju pritu\u017ebe gra\u0111ana na bahato i neprofesionalno pona\u0161anje slu\u017ebenika u uslu\u017enim sektorima, a naro\u010dito u bankama u Bosni i Hercegovini.
