{"id":26895,"date":"2021-04-17T10:20:24","date_gmt":"2021-04-17T09:20:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/senzor.ba\/?p=26895"},"modified":"2024-01-15T21:38:33","modified_gmt":"2024-01-15T20:38:33","slug":"novi-zeland-zabraniti-pusenje-svim-rodjenim-nakon-2004-godine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tvsensor.com\/clanak\/novi-zeland-zabraniti-pusenje-svim-rodjenim-nakon-2004-godine\/","title":{"rendered":"Novi Zeland: Zabraniti pu\u0161enje svim ro\u0111enim nakon 2004. godine"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Novi Zeland razmatra niz mjera usmjerenih na zabranu pu\u0161enja, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i radikalnu inicijativu koja bi zabranila prodaju duhana cijeloj generaciji.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Novim nacionalnim akcijskim planom Novi Zeland \u017eeli postupno pove\u0107ati zakonske&nbsp;starosne&nbsp; granice za pu\u0161enje, \u0161to bi se moglo pro\u0161iriti i na zabranu prodaje cigareta i duhanskih proizvoda svima ro\u0111enima nakon 2004. godine, zbog \u010dega bi pu\u0161enje postalo nelegalno za tu generaciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Predlagatelji inicijative pozivaju na znatno smanjenje\u00a0nivoa nikotina dopu\u0161tene u duhanskim proizvodima i ograni\u010davanje lokacija na kojima se oni mogu prodavati. Vlada bi tako\u0111er propisivala i minimalnu cijenu duhana i cigareta. stopa pu\u0161enja u proteklih nekoliko desetlje\u0107a u padu,&nbsp;<strong>treba jo\u0161 puno raditi na smanjenju upotrebe duhana, \u201cposebno me\u0111u Maorima, pacifi\u010dkim narodima i onima koji \u017eive u na\u0161im najnerazvijenijim zajednicama<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Novozelan\u0111ani su pozvani da daju povratne informacije o ju\u010der objavljenom akcijskom planu.&nbsp;<strong>Gra\u0111ani \u0107e do 31.&nbsp;maja mo\u0107i podijeliti svoja razmi\u0161ljanja o tom pitanju prije nego \u0161to u\u0111e u sljede\u0107u fazu zakonske procedure.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomo\u0107nica ministra zdravlja&nbsp;<strong>Ayesha Verrall<\/strong>&nbsp;rekla je da oko 4500 Novozelan\u0111ana svake godine umre od bolesti povezanih s duhanom
