Zato je prije spavanja dobro popiti \u010da\u0161u toplog mlijeka, ili \u2013 ako osje\u0107ate glad &#8211; pojesti jednu bananu,&nbsp;navela je nutricionistica&nbsp;<strong>Sandra Mari\u0107 Bulat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodaje kako su istra\u017eivanja pokazala da i&nbsp;<em>crveno vo\u0107e, poput jagoda, tre\u0161anja i vi\u0161anja<\/em>, sadr\u017ei visok udio triptofana, pa bi, umjesto \u010da\u0161e vina, prije spavanja bolje mogla &#8216;le\u0107i&#8217; \u010da\u0161a soka od vi\u0161anja, pi\u0161e&nbsp;<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.24sata.hr\/lifestyle\/lakse-cete-usnuti-hrana-koju-je-dobro-pojesti-prije-spavanja-749091\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">24sata.hr.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Na mehanizam uspavljivanja korisno djeluju i slo\u017eeni ugljikohidrati, pa je u zadnji ve\u010dernji obrok dobro uklju\u010diti i cjelovite \u017eitarice, primjerice kruh od ra\u017eenog bra\u0161na, sme\u0111u ri\u017eu, ili zobenu ka\u0161u kao prilog uz obrok.
